Knitting season

It's fall and in fashion language, that means time for big sweaters and cozy knitwear! Last year I knitted a beanie and this year I'm going to make a scarf - which is the only things I can make with my current knitting skills...

New York inspired looks

This photoshoot, shows my interpretation of the New Yorker girl. She is classic and sophisticated, but loves to have fun and therefore ads sporty and colorful details to her look.

Styleicon - Zoe Saldana

Zoe Saldanas stylist Petra Flannery once said: "Zoe's style is feminine, fashion-forward and always elegant" - and he is so right!
She doesn't wear crazy outfits, they are always classy, but still with a fashion forward feeling to them and that's what I love about her style. It's hard to pick out some of my favourite looks, because there are so many... But here are some of the looks which I think really show that she can work different colorschemes on both the red carpet and the street:

Prom dress vol. 1

I took theese pictures about a year ago, before the high school prom where I made my own prom dress. This is not the final result, which is why I have called the blog post vol. 1.
There is a lot of excess fabric, which looked really cool when you swung it in the air. So before I finished the dress, I made a photoshoot with my sister, and I think that the pictures turned out very well! Take a look, and stay tuned for the pictures of the finished result :-)

Spring 2015 - Moschino

Wow, it's been forever since the last blog post! The reason is that I started studying at CBS (Copenhagen Business School) in late August, and since then it has just been crazy!
But now I finally have a moment to return to my beloved blog :-)

When I sit down with my computer and I am almost falling asleep over microeconomics, a fashion show or two are a great way to keep me awake! A fashion show that definitely did it's job on this point, was Moschinos Barbie inspired creations. You either love it or you hate it, and I loved it from the first moment I saw it, not all of the pieces are especially wearable - but it's so fun!

Shell boxes

I hate throwing things out, which is one of the reasons why my room is filled with old things that don't really have a purpose. A good example of this, is two old boxes that I made a long time ago, which aren't exactly pretty:

They needed a serious makeover, and with help from mosaic plaster, some beautifull shells that I got from a beach in france and some white painting, I transformed them into some good looking boxes for my sewing thread.
